Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Turnover Package Preparation:
Prepare and compile turnover packages.
Monitor completion of turnover systems.
Proactively manage final activities to ensure timely handover.
Mechanical Completion Oversight:
Manage mechanical completion activities.
Ensure adherence to project management systems, safety standards, and quality deliverables within budget and schedule.
Database Management:
Develop and maintain a system completion database.
Include tagging, check sheets, and documentation for all system items to facilitate project completion.
Cross-Disciplinary Coordination:
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineers (Process, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation, Civil, etc.).
Resolve issues and ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
