qualifications:
• bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field.
• minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction, with hands-on experience supervising site activities.
• strong knowledge of civil construction processes, including site management, materials, and equipment.
• proficiency in construction safety standards and practices.
• good communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
• ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently.
key responsibilities:
• supervise and manage daily site operations, ensuring that work is completed according to project specifications and timelines.
• coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure effective execution of civil works.
• ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on-site.
• monitor work progress and provide regular updates to management.
• troubleshoot any site issues and ensure prompt resolutions.
• maintain detailed records of activities, materials, and manpower for project documentation.
