Civil Planning Engineer

Barq Al Mustaqbal Co. is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Civil Planning Engineer to join our team for a prestigious Design & Build project located in NEOM. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project planning, scheduling, and coordination within large-scale infrastructure and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans and schedules for the Design & Build project.
Monitor progress and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
Identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate delays or budget issues.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project timelines and progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Civil Planning Engineer, preferably in large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of planning software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in planning and coordinating projects in NEOM or similar high-profile developments is a plus.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil planning within the construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, planning procedures, and industry standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to resolving issues.
Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).
Transferable IQAMA is a must.
Available to join on an immediate basis.
Willingness to relocate and work on-site at NEOM.
Prior NEOM experience will be an advantage.
