Urgently Hiring: Project Manager (Piping, Coating, Hydro and ENI) - Al Khobar

Leads the unit’s project planning team to ensure that the projects are delivered in full, on time, on budget and to the required quality standard (within the agreed specifications)

• Directly responsible for leading and managing key Projects which usually requires decisions having high impact on the business and which necessitates a higher acumen of managerial, technical and contractual skills.

• Lead the unit’s project planning team and ensure that the awarded projects are delivered in full, on time, on budget and to the required quality standard (within the agreed specifications).

• Coordinate daily with the operations team to ensure realization of the production, inspection and logistics schedules which would enable timely deliveries to customers.

• Monitor, Follow-up and Report the progress of ongoing projects to ensure that project plans and milestones are being pursued and fulfilled.

• Analyze project execution issues and client requests and ensure that the necessary corrective actions, best practices and necessary controls are initiated and rolled out.

• Monitor the projects scope variations and ensure that the appropriate tools are deployed in order to maximize profit on projects.

• Monitor payment schedules in order to ensure timely collection and minimize late and overdue payments.

HSE and Communication

• Develop a safety culture by ensuring all staff comply with HSE policies and procedures

• Participate in QHSE audits, incident reporting and review of QHSE performances as required

• Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions

• Use personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing assigned tasks

• Report unsafe acts, incidents or safety violations

• Internal: Project Planning, Legal, Sales, Bids & Proposals, VETM, SSC, Production, Purchase, Stores, QA/QC, Delivery, Site Services, and Finance.

• External: Customers, Suppliers, Subcontractors, DFI/ENOIA

Licensing / Certification/Other Skills

• PMP Certification

• Good inter-personal & Communication skills

• 10+ years Project management relevant experience

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical or Industrial

• Knowledge of Contract Law

• Hands-on Project management experience

• Knowledge of the Company’s products, processes, accreditations, delivery, installation and quality procedures

• In depth knowledge of the logistical interactions needed for efficient project management

• Team work player, People Management Skills, Problem solving ability, Strong negotiation skills, Strategic thinker
