Assistant Electrical Engineer**

Nationality: SUDANI (Preferred)

Location: Riyadh.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Electrical Engineer to join our team. As an EPC Construction/Contracting and Industrial Services company involved in projects for various sectors, we are looking for an individual who can effectively plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines to ensure successful project execution of Saudi Electricity Company and can able to assist with his manager for the on-going projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and milestones, in coordination with project managers and stakeholders.

- Utilize project management tools and software to create and maintain project schedules.

- Monitor project progress and performance to identify variances and implement corrective actions.

- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that project milestones are met on time and within budget.

- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies to anticipate and address potential project delays.

- Prepare and present regular progress reports to project stakeholders.

- Assist in resource allocation and optimization to maximize project efficiency.

- Support the development of project budgets and cost estimates.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to streamline project planning processes.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction or engineering industry.

- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies.

- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.

- Certification in project management is a plus.
