• Manages and support the purchasing/tender documentation and related functions for appointment of suppliers and service providers.
• Works within the Procurement team across multiple projects at various stages of the procurement flows and process
• Assists team members with vendor registration & pre-qualification
• Assists in tracking of procurement activities across the entire project
• Creates, fosters and maintains working relationships with suppliers and service providers
• Complies with all aspects of the approved procurement processes and procedures.
• Preferably having a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or in related field
• Related experience minimum of 2 years in FM, Operations or Construction
• English and Arabic proficiency
• Computer literate with the ability to compile data, reports and presentation
• Ability to work to tight deadlines, highly productive, good planning and organizational skills
• Knowledge of eSourcing tools and platforms
