Position Overview:
The HR and Admin Coordinator is responsible for managing human resources functions, administrative tasks, and office operations. This role ensures compliance with company policies, supports employee engagement, and facilitates efficient office management.
Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, orientation, and exit interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support performance management processes by assisting with appraisals and tracking employee progress.
Assist in payroll processing by collecting attendance data and ensuring accurate records.
Manage employee benefits, leave applications, and workplace wellness initiatives.
Address employee queries and concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, including office supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
Provide support in budget tracking and expense reporting for HR and admin functions.
Assist in drafting company policies, memos, and official communications.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS, payroll systems).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in HR coordination or office management.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
Certification in HR (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
