•Preffered experience in maintenance company and can actively oversee procurement and planning.
• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
•Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
•Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
•Technical proficiency: sound knowledge and expertise in project management software, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or other planning tools, to efficiently create, manage, and update project schedules.
•Attention to detail: a keen eye for detail to meticulously monitor project plans, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
