Planning Engineer: Responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for their respective disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical). Works closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning software (Primavera P6).
• Analyze project scope, drawings, and specifications to identify activities and dependencies.
• Estimate activity durations and resource requirements.
• Determine the critical path and identify potential schedule risks.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (Civil is OK if he have previous experience with firefighting work).
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in planning engineering for construction projects, with a focus on the respective discipline (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software. Familiarity with other project management tools.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of planning methodologies (CPM, PERT), risk management, and project controls. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
Local Transferable Iqama is a Must
Salary range:7000-8000 SAR
