1. Planning Engineer
• Develop, maintain, and update Level 1, 2, 3, and 4 project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Prepare detailed baseline schedules in coordination with project teams and ensure alignment with contract requirements.
• Monitor and control project progress by analyzing schedule performance and identifying potential delays.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, histograms, and dashboards for project stakeholders.
• Conduct critical path analysis (CPA) and provide recommendations for schedule recovery and mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams to track key milestones and dependencies.
• Implement earned value management (EVM) and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project health.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for effective schedule updates and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations related to time schedules and planning deliverables.
• Support claims and extension of time (EOT) analysis by preparing delay impact assessments.
