Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to help manage projects and daily operations, ensuring
everything runs smoothly. You will work closely with project managers, workers, and suppliers to
organize tasks, coordinate tasks, track progress, and solve any issues. Including regular site visits
will be required to check work quality and ensure safety standards are met.
Responsibilities:
• Organize and oversee daily project activities
• Track project progress and resources
• coordination with clients, suppliers, and contractors
• Update senior management on project status
• Maintain project documentation
• Solve project-related issues
• Arrange material deliveries to the site or client location.
• Purchase local materials when needed
• Manage and track small tools at the site
• Handle gate passes, delivery notes, material checklists, and packing lists
• Manage workers' time sheets at the site
• Pick up and drop off workers at the project site
• Ensure all workers use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and follow safety rules
• Control internal communication—workers should not directly contact clients
• Use Google Maps for navigation
• Basic computer skills for reports and emails
• Ensure all materials/tools/equipment are cleared from the site at project completion
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
Requirements:
• Valid KSA Driving License
• Valid Iqama
• Proficient in Arabic
• Previous of 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in construction,
MEP, oil & gas, or industrial projects. (preferred)
• Must be able to attend a physical interview in Dammam
