Role Description This is a full-time hybrid (on/off site) role for a Customer Service Specialist at GOLDWAY TRAVEL located in Riyadh. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction & follow up with the leads. Qualifications Customer Support and Customer Service skills Must be Saudi Feminine Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Time management and organizational skills Experience in the travel industry is a plus Fluency in multiple languages is a bonus Industry Travel Arrangements Employment Type Full-time
