Electrical Testing Engineer (ARAMCO Experience Preferred)
Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting testing and commissioning activities on electrical systems and equipment to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and reliability of electrical installations and involves close collaboration with other engineers and technicians on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Testing and Commissioning: Perform tests on electrical systems, including transformers, switchgear, protection relays, and other related equipment to verify their proper operation.
•
Quality Assurance: Ensure all electrical installations adhere to industry standards and client specifications, maintaining the highest quality standards.
•
Documentation: Prepare detailed test reports, documenting the results, findings, and any issues identified during the testing process.
•
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve problems encountered during testing and commissioning, ensuring systems function correctly and efficiently.
•
Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel involved.
Qualifications:
•
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
•
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in electrical testing and commissioning.
•
Skills:
o
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
o
Proficiency in using testing equipment and related software.
Preferred Skills:
•
Experience with high voltage (HV) and medium voltage (MV) systems.
•
Knowledge of international electrical standards and regulations.
•
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
