- Estimate and control costs for large construction project
- Quantity surveyors must be involved at every stage of a project to monitor ongoing construction projects and ensure they are completed within the project budget and schedule
- Calculate quantities and costs for material , labor time frames, including BOQS.
- Manage risk, value engineering and cost control measures.
- Analyzing repair /maintenance costs
- Prepare tender packages and contracts.
Job Requirements:
C&A and MEP background is a mandatory
Candidate shall have at least 5-7 years of track record in the same field
Bachelor degree in engineering
