We are seeking an experienced and skilled Civil Supervisor to join our team. As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
*Responsibilities:*
- Supervise construction activities, including site preparation, excavation, and building construction
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure project progress
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify defects, and implement corrective actions
- Manage and mentor junior staff and laborers to ensure efficient and effective work practices
- Prepare and submit reports, including progress reports, site inspection reports, and defect reports
*Requirements:*
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in [specific industry or sector]
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
