### **Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled **Draftsman cum Site Supervisor (Civil)** to join our team. This role involves preparing detailed civil drawings, coordinating with engineers and architects, and overseeing construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate should have expertise in **AutoCAD, site supervision, and civil construction processes** to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

#### **Drafting & Design:**

? Prepare **MEP, civil engineering drawings** using **AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.**

? Modify and update drawings based on design changes or site requirements.

? Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.

? Collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret technical designs and ensure accuracy.

#### **Site Supervision:**

? Oversee **daily construction activities** to ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards.

? Coordinate with **contractors, site workers, and project managers** to ensure timely execution of projects.

? Monitor **material usage, site progress, and quality of work** to maintain high standards.

? Identify and resolve any **technical or structural issues** on-site in consultation with engineers.

#### **Quality & Safety Compliance:**

? Ensure all construction work adheres to **building codes, safety regulations, and project guidelines.**

? Conduct regular **site inspections** to verify workmanship quality and compliance.

? Enforce **health and safety protocols** to minimize risks and hazards.

#### **Project Coordination & Reporting:**

? Maintain and update **project documentation, reports, and records of work progress.**

? Communicate effectively with **stakeholders, including engineers, project managers, and clients.**

? Prepare and submit **daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.**

? Assist in **budgeting and material estimation** as required.

### **Qualifications & Requirements:**

???? **Education:** Diploma/Degree in **Civil Engineering, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.**

???? **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other drafting software.**

???? **Experience:** Minimum **2-5 years** of experience in **civil/MEP drafting and site supervision.**

???? **Knowledge:** Strong understanding of **construction processes, materials, and project execution.**

???? **Communication:** Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and provide clear site instructions.

???? **Safety Awareness:** Familiarity with **construction site safety protocols and best practices.**

? Experience in **infrastructure, residential, commercial, or industrial construction.**

? Knowledge of **surveying tools and leveling instruments.**
