We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure timely and efficient project execution. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in planning software, and the ability to collaborate with project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose corrective actions.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
Analyze project data and prepare reports on progress, delays, and resource allocation.
Optimize workflows and resource planning to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, budgets, and deadlines.
Assist in claims analysis and extension-of-time (EOT) requests.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction processes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Experience in construction, infrastructure, or oil & gas projects is preferred.
PMP or similar certification is a plus.
