We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities, ensure quality control, and coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, structural works, finishing, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage civil construction works at the project site, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.
Oversee the execution of structural, finishing, and infrastructure works.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
Review project designs, drawings, and specifications, and provide necessary modifications if required.
Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical issues related to civil works.
Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer in construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction techniques.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other civil engineering software.
Understanding of local and international building codes and standards.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
