Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Site Engineer with minimum of 5 years of experience, including Saudi Arabia experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems at construction sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems at the project site.
Ensure MEP works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with civil, structural, and architectural teams to avoid design conflicts.
Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and ensure quality control of MEP installations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems.
Ensure adherence to Saudi building codes, regulations, and project timelines.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on MEP site activities and progress.
Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems upon project completion.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP site execution, with prior work experience in Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Hands-on experience in site supervision, quality control, and coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office.
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is advantage.
Certification in MEP, HVAC, or other relevant fields is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
