Site Engineer
Location: Buraidah, Qassim, Saudi Arabia
. Experience at least 7-10 years
. Have degree in Civil engineering or equivalent
. Job description: Responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing Structural scope of work on construction sites. Candidate must have deep understanding of all Structural systems, material used on site, equipment, and installations and must be able read and understand design drawings, specifications, project timelines, safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Monitor construction progress and identify any delays or issues that may affect project timelines.
Ensure that all work is being carried out according to safety standards and legal requirements.
Review and inspect work to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications.
Communicate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address any design or technical issues.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and other project-related documentation.
Resolve technical problems and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
Provide technical support and guidance to site workers and ensure proper execution of construction methods.
Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure project quality and safety standards are met.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management.
Proficiency in construction software and project management tools.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure quality control.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position with occasional overtime based on project needs.
Work primarily on-site with possible visits to the office for meetings and project reviews.
Occasional travel within the region may be required.
