We are hiring an MEP Estimation Engineer specializing in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works to join our contracting division.
? Job Responsibilities:
? Prepare cost estimates for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing projects.
? Review BOQs, project specifications, and drawings.
? Evaluate and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
? Prepare technical & commercial proposals for tenders.
? Use AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Excel for estimation.
? Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams for accurate costing.
???? Job Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
? 3+ years of experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing estimation.
? Knowledge of Saudi market pricing & supplier database.
? Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Excel.
? Preferred experience in Aramco, SEC, NWC tenders.
