Must have technical expertise in building construction (including structural work, interior finishing, and curtain walls) and am capable of resolving technical issues.
Be proficient in reading drawings and conducting technical briefings.
Independently prepare and submit various building construction documents to supervisory, client, and other higher-level units, ensuring final approval.
