Position Overview:
This role begins as a part-time position with the clear opportunity to transition into full-time employment. The ideal candidate will contribute to diverse projects—from design and analysis to field supervision—while working closely with our experienced team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Design & Analysis: Assist in developing and reviewing design plans, calculations, and technical reports for various civil projects.
Field Supervision: Participate in on-site inspections to ensure projects comply with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, providing technical expertise and support throughout project lifecycles.
Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and quality control records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
Proven experience in civil design, construction management, or a related area.
Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
