Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Industrial Engineers and Production Planning Engineers to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
1. Industrial Engineer
Responsibilities:
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency.
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies.
Optimize production layouts, workflow, and resource utilization.
Develop standard operating procedures and time studies.
Monitor production performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
2. Production Planning Engineer
Responsibilities:
Develop production schedules and ensure timely execution.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams.
Optimize manpower, machines, and materials for maximum efficiency.
Track production performance and resolve bottlenecks.
Ensure compliance with quality and production standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in production planning and control.
Strong knowledge of MRP (Material Requirement Planning), scheduling, and forecasting.
Experience with ERP systems and Excel for data analysis.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
