Job Title: Senior Construction Engineer
Location-Jizan
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and oversee construction projects from planning to completion.
2. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
3. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
4. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
5. Monitor project progress and address technical issues.
6. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control.
7. Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely material delivery.
8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
9. Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates for management.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
2. 10 years of experience in construction engineering or project management.
3. Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE, or equivalent) is a plus.
4. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations.
5. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project).
6. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects.
2. Strong understanding of contract management and cost estimation.
3. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
