Job Objective:
Responsible for coordinating interior projects efficiently while delivering creative interior designs that meet client needs and align with the company's identity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination:
Oversee the execution of interior projects and ensure they follow the planned timelines.
Coordinate between design, execution teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare work schedules and regular progress reports.
Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial plans.
Troubleshoot challenges that arise during project implementation.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with the project’s progress.
2. Interior Design:
Develop interior designs that align with client requirements and project budgets.
Select materials, colors, and furniture that reflect the design concept.
Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools to create plans and presentations.
Provide creative solutions that enhance user experience within designed spaces.
Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure material specifications are met.
Oversee the implementation of designs on-site and ensure quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design or project coordination.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and project management tools like Trello or Asana.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
Strong ability to multitask and work under pressure.
High level of creativity and attention to detail.
