As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structural elements and systems. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure the structural integrity of projects from inception to completion.
Design and analyze structural systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Prepare detailed structural drawings and calculations for project proposals and permits.
Ensure all designs comply with local and international building codes, standards, and regulations.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the progress and quality of construction work.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Provide technical support and guidance during the construction phase.
Perform structural evaluations, assessments, and inspections on existing buildings and structures.
Use specialized software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit) to model and simulate structures.
Prepare and present reports on design calculations, progress, and any issues that may arise.
