QA Engineer Duties:
1. Manages with the Quality Manager in his duties.
2. Carries out internal/external audit. Assists third party/customer auditors.
3. Checks, records, files, material test certificates, and ensure traceability.
4. Manages product marking and tagging, including their suppliers.
5. Issues and delivers final certification.
6. Attends clients and inspectors during testing and document review.
7. Can attend to KOM's, PIM's internal meeting, representing the Quality Manager.
QC Engineer Duties:
1. Cooperation with Quality Manager and Quality Control Manager to accomplish his duties.
2. Performing dimensional checks.
3. Performing Non-Destructive Examinations.
4. Performing painting checks.
5. Performing product preparation and shipment checks.
6. Checking the certificates issued by the machining and painting suppliers and guarantee their conformity to the product.
7. Issue of the certificates of internal Non-Destructive Examinations.
8. Managing non-conforming products.
9. Performing calibrations of the instrumentation and keeping?records.
10. Shall be familiar with API, ANSI, ASME, AWWA Standards.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of Experience in Valves.
Iqama should be transferrable.
Nationality: India
Salary: 3000 SAR
