???? Senior Technical Sales Responsibilities:

? Assist in setting and monitoring sales targets for the team

? Conduct market visits to analyze trade, sales, and distribution channels

? Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic insights

? Ensure optimal manpower utilization to meet sales goals

? Generate Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and coordinate with suppliers

? Manage pricing processes in collaboration with relevant departments

? Ensure timely submission of pricing quotations to customers

? Address technical and commercial inquiries from clients

? Process and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs) and deliveries

? Resolve customer issues, including post-sales support and discrepancy reports

? Recommend sales promotions and discount strategies

? Prepare and submit periodic sales reports

? Maintain customer relationships and handle complaints efficiently

? Represent the company in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events

? Suggest and participate in sales training programs for the team

???? Sales Engineer Responsibilities:

? Conduct sales visits to promote company products and services

? Generate and analyze Requests for Quotations (RFQs) from customers

? Follow up on pricing quotations with suppliers before the closing date

? Prepare and finalize pricing quotations with the commercial department

? Attend bid openings to record competitor prices

? Address technical and commercial inquiries from customers

? Process and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs)

? Handle customer remarks and inquiries post-product delivery

? Check supplier invoices and forward them to customers

? Resolve customer complaints and discrepancy reports

? Facilitate payment processes for customers and suppliers

? Maintain customer relationships and represent the company at industry events

???? Project Engineer Responsibilities:

? Conduct site visits to assess service levels and facilities

? Perform feasibility studies and site surveys to estimate project costs

? Follow up on pricing quotations and prepare bid submissions

? Attend bid openings to analyze competitor pricing

? Oversee subcontractor and supplier selection

? Manage project administration activities in coordination with customers

? Monitor engineering design, documentation, and material delivery timelines

? Ensure timely and accurate site deliveries in coordination with relevant departments

? Supervise subcontractors and laborers on project sites

? Oversee electrical, mechanical, and civil installations

? Coordinate testing and commissioning with customers

? Obtain primary and final acceptance certificates for projects

? Handle supplier invoices and follow up on payment processes

? Resolve customer complaints and discrepancy reports

? Represent the company in project-related meetings and conferences

???? Requirements:

? Relevant engineering degree in sales, coatings, or project management

? Strong knowledge of sales, RFQs, estimation, and supplier coordination

? Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

? Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
