Role & Responsibility
? Receiving Inspection for Instrument materials, the confirmation for material vendor documents
? Reviewing the construction drawings and vendor reports before inspection
. Coordination with Contractor Material team & PMT & PID for material receiving inspection
. Assistance of Korean QA/QC manager/engineer/supervisor
. Fluent in English
? Supervising the assigned quality control for material inspection activities
? Conduct witness inspection and test according to Inspection & Test Plan (ITP)
? Following-up technical requirement and local regulation for material receiving inspection.
Direct Instrument material receiving Inspection work experience and demonstrated thorough knowledge of recognized codes such as the International Code (API RP 551 ISA RP12.6, ISA RP12.2.02, ISA TR12., ANSI MC96.1, IEEE 518, IEEE 1100, IEC 60529, NEMA ICS 6, NEMA 250, NEMA VE 1, NEMA VE 2, NFPA 70/NEC and UL 94) or equivalent standards
Requirement Qualification.
- Inspector shall be a High School graduate, or higher; shall be fully conversant with applicable Industry Standards and Specifications; and shall perform a variety of inspection functions with minimal supervision. Inspector shall meet, as a minimum, overall, 5 years of experience in related industry (e.g., industrial oil and gas production or petrochemical projects), 3 years of inspection experience and 2 years of Contract Scope of Work.
1. Demonstrated thorough knowledge and understanding of the 2015 version of ISO 9001 QMS requirements, engineering discipline drawings, standards, material specifications, construction methods and QC inspection and test procedures
2. With minimal supervision, performed a variety of document review, inspection and testing functions to verify CONTRACTOR compliance with Contract requirements.
