Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to oversee and execute mechanical works, including HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and piping systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Execution & Supervision:
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
• Ensure work is carried out as per project drawings, specifications, and applicable industry codes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of mechanical works.
2. Technical Compliance & Quality Control:
• Review design drawings, shop drawings, and method statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure proper installation and adherence to specifications.
• Address technical challenges and provide on-site engineering solutions.
3. Coordination & Communication:
• Work closely with the project manager, consultants, and other engineering disciplines for project coordination.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Prepare progress reports, material submittals, and technical documentation.
4. Testing & Commissioning:
• Participate in the final testing, balancing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues, ensuring smooth operation before project handover.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical works, preferably in infrastructure, buildings, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, and Piping systems.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (Saudi Building Codes).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
