Academic Qualification:
- BE/B Tech (Civil/Mechanical) or
- ME/Mtech (Structural)
Experience:
- For Structural Engineers: 5 years of experience in Structural Steel
- Connection Design experience
Software Skills:
- Proficient in software like:
- Staad Pro RAM Connection- ETABS - Idea Statica - MS Office - Auto CAD - Tekla
Other Requirements:
- Working experience on projects related to:
- Buildings, - Cement Plants, - Factories, - Airports, - Malls, - Pipe Racks
- Strong listening and learning skills for betterment
- Ability to share knowledge with team members
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to communicate with clients if required

The successful candidate will have a strong background in structural steel design, connection design, and experience working on various building projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in software like Staad Pro, ETABS, and Tekla, and have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
