We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Supervisor to oversee construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of civil engineering and construction processes.
-Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth workflow.
-Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
-Lead and manage site workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
-Conduct site inspections and address any issues promptly.
-Ensure materials, equipment, and labor are efficiently utilized.
-Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to site work.
-Communicate with project managers and engineers to meet deadlines.
