Field Experience: Proven experience in a construction or site-based role, handling mechanical installations and system commissioning.
Project Management Skills: Experience in coordinating teams, managing tasks, and overseeing mechanical installations or system upgrades.
Site Supervision: Capability to supervise construction activities, ensuring the correct installation of mechanical systems and maintaining quality control.
Problem-Solving on Site: Ability to quickly address on-site issues and implement solutions to prevent delays or safety hazards.
2. Communication and Teamwork
Collaboration Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with other engineers, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
Reporting and Documentation: Proficiency in preparing detailed reports, documentation, and progress updates, clearly communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical teams.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively, and to coordinate with on-site teams and management.
3. Project Execution and Leadership
Leadership and Decision-Making: Capability to lead on-site teams, make decisions under pressure, and ensure tasks are completed on time.

4. Certifications and Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
