A Bengali speaking HSE (Health, Safety and Environment)
Post: HSE Engineer
Responsibilities:
* Formulate and implement health, safety and environmental policies and procedures in the workplace.
* Conducting risk assessments, security inspections and audits.
* Conducting safety training and awareness programs for employees.
* Ensuring compliance with local and international safety regulations.
* Investigating and preparing accident reports and taking preventive measures.
* Formulating and implementing emergency response plans.
* Providing effective communication and guidance to Bengali speaking staff.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, or related field) from a recognized university.
* Minimum 3 years experience in HSE field.
* Knowledge of local and international safety regulations.
* Fluent communication skills in Bengali and English.
* Proficiency in the use of MS Office and other relevant software.
* Having various safety related certifications (eg: NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH) will be preferred.
Required Skills:
* Analytical and problem solving skills.
* Communication and presentation skills.
* Teamwork mentality.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to communicate effectively with staff in Bengali.
