Pre-Sales Engineer – BMS (Building Management System)

Job Description:
We are hiring a Pre-Sales Engineer – BMS who will be responsible for designing and supporting the sales team in delivering Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC control, and energy management solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose BMS solutions.
Design and configure HVAC, lighting control, and energy management systems.
Prepare technical presentations, proposals, and cost estimations.
Provide demonstrations and proof of concept (POC) for customers.
Engage with manufacturers and suppliers for technical support and pricing.
Stay updated with industry standards and smart building technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BMS pre-sales.
Strong understanding of HVAC control, energy management, and smart building solutions.
Experience with Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, or similar BMS systems.
Proficiency in preparing technical proposals, system diagrams, and cost estimations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Must be available in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.
