Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage cost estimates for construction projects.
Conduct feasibility studies and analyze project risks.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams.
Prepare tender documents and evaluate bids.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering projects.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
