Operations Coordinator (Procurement Section) – Oil and Gas (FILIPINO)
deals with purchasing goods and services, contract management, delivery management, and addressing any procurement procedures complaints. Optimizes the purchasing functions so to access to the materials needed and its frequency, in the correct amount, at the right place, and the best possible price.
• Develops and implements processes for vendor bidding, qualifying, and reviewing proposals.
• Researches, develops, and reviews procurement requests, spec drafts, and contracts for content, clarity, risk analysis, and compliance.
• Researches vendors and inquiries into their availability, quality assurance, technical specs, and pricing. Maintains all information in an organized database. Schedules vendor presentations and prepares meeting materials also comprise the weekly workflow.
• Reviews past contracts and renegotiating terms with vendors as needed—often consulting with legal counsel and requesting contract modifications. Oversees contract renewals and extensions.
• Supervises and coordinates elements of construction, permitting, facility design, environmental review, or contractor/vendor compliance.
• Directly reports to the Procurement Manager for any additional job duties and responsibilities
Education/Credentials
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management / Supply Chain management or any Degree in any disciplines with minimal 3 years of professional working experience in procurement and supply chain - exposure to Oil and Gas Industry is a must.
• Experience in marketing, working with suppliers and supply chain
• Experience in the most current technologies and products used in the industry.

• Good analytical, problem-solving skills, organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and high confidence level
• Considerate and deliberate in dealing with people and manage conflict
• Ability to work with less supervision and under pressure
