Job Responsibilities:
? Conduct inspections on construction materials, workmanship, and site activities to ensure quality standards are met.
? Verify compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and Saudi building codes.
? Identify defects or deviations from the required standards and coordinate corrective actions with site engineers and contractors.
? Maintain accurate QC reports, inspection records, and documentation for audit and review purposes.
? Oversee material testing (e.g., concrete, steel, soil) and ensure quality requirements are met before use.
? Conduct site visits, audits, and quality control assessments to prevent issues before they arise.
? Ensure all work follows ISO, Aramco, and other relevant industry standards.
? Assist in preparing and implementing quality control plans and checklists.
Qualifications:
? Minimum 2+ years of experience in Quality Control for construction projects.
? Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and finishing works.
? Familiarity with inspection tools, material testing, and QC procedures.
? Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
? Certifications (e.g., ISO, QA/QC, or Aramco-approved preferred).
? Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
