A reputable construction company is seeking qualified Site Managers to oversee the execution of a multi-site housing development project involving villas and infrastructure works (including external works, utility buildings such as STP, water centers, etc.).

Project sites across multiple regions – final assignment to be confirmed post-interview
???? Minimum Requirements (Applicants must fully meet the following):
Proven experience in managing large-scale housing projects, including villas and infrastructure works
Capable of leading both in-house manpower and coordinating with specialized subcontractors
Strong leadership qualities with excellent skills in both site management and technical office coordination
Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Presentable and professional with strong communication and reporting abilities
Holds an Engineering degree in Civil, Architectural, Electrical or related discipline
Valid and transferable Iqama
Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
