Job Title: Tower Site Civil Supervisor

Job Location: Within Saudi Arabia (Primarily South Region, with flexibility for reassignment based on project needs)

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Tower Site Civil Supervisor responsible for supervising and managing on-site civil construction and tower installation activities for telecommunications tower sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is carried out in strict accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. This role requires strong site management skills, technical expertise in both civil works and tower erection, and hands-on experience in telecom infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all civil construction and tower assembly/installation activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and industry standards

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and promptly address any issues encountered during construction

• Ensure high-quality execution of foundation, grounding systems, fencing, and other civil works in accordance with technical specifications

• Work closely with subcontractors and on-site teams to ensure construction quality, safety, and compliance with regulations

• Review and interpret civil engineering drawings, specifications, and technical project documents

• Manage on-site resources including materials, equipment, and manpower

• Conduct quality control checks and enforce safety procedures and protocols

• Report construction progress, on-site challenges, and potential risks to the project manager

• Ensure all construction and installation tasks are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecom tower civil construction projects

• Familiar with tower civil works processes, materials, and quality control procedures

• Strong understanding of relevant safety standards and local construction regulations

• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical documents

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively

• Willingness to travel frequently and work in remote site locations as required

• Proficiency in project management tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)

• Language Requirements: Must be proficient in Arabic and English to meet project communication needs
