We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily site activities, ensure safety compliance, coordinate teams, and maintain project schedules. Strong leadership and a solid background in OIL AND GAS operations are essential.
Educational Background
DIPLOMA IN ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL ENGINEERING.
Skill and Training:
Good Communication Skills, Team Work, Computer Knowledge, Bilingual Language Capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Installation, Operation, and Commissioning of the Gas & Fuel System with a monitoring, piping and controlling system.
Installation, Operation, and Commissioning of the LPG gas detection System (Electrical and Mechanical) in various industries
Commissioning of the completed project and handover to the maintenance department.
Manpower allocation and supervision for the completion of the assigned projects
Preparation of checklist and commissioning reports for the completed project and submit to the Project Manager.
Arrange required materials, piping components, tools, and spare parts for ongoing and upcoming project tasks.
Scheduling of the manpower and vehicles for the different projects.
Preparation of the time sheet for the subordinates.
Site visit and Estimation for the new Projects.
Technical and techno-commercial meeting with the clients.
Supervision on project progress to achieve company target and preparation of progress report
Submit periodical reports to the Engineer/ Project Manager.
To comply with the Quality and HSE standards and to report the concerned in case of any non-compliance of the above standards noticed.
The Employee is required to perform other duties associated with the position at all times.
