Summary
1 - Respond to queries over the phone/via remote access, assess and diagnose computer hardware and software problems and implement effective solutions
2 - Basic computer maintainence and completing support tickets
Requirement:
1 - Bachelor degree in computer science, IT or similar field
2 - Minimum 3 years as a help desk specialist
3 - Experience in advance computer hardware like circuit boards, memory modules and processors
4 - Experience in advance computer software like database, operating systems, office applications
5 - Advanced knowledge of help desk software and remote-access systems
6 - Troubleshoot complex sofware and hardware issues
7 - Patient and understanding towards the customer
