Responsibilities:
Manage and control all company documents ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity.
Maintain document logs and tracking systems.
Ensure timely retrieval of documents and manage document archiving.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure document control standards are met.
Requirements:
Proven experience in document control or a similar administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with document management software is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
NEOM approval is an added advantage
2-HR Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily HR operations and supervise HR staff.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Handle employee relations and performance management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
