Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of civil engineering projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Assist in cost estimation and resource planning.
• Liaise with government and local authorities for approvals and inspections.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with Saudi Building Code and local authority regulations (e.g., MOMRA, SEC, ARAMCO—if applicable).
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project/Primavera, and other relevant tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Transferable Iqama preferred.
