Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in civil works, particularly in excavation, backfilling, manhole erection, and underground piping for drainage and water supply systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and executing infrastructure projects in line with safety, quality, and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate excavation and backfilling operations.
Oversee the installation and erection of precast and cast-in-situ manholes.
Manage the laying and connection of underground drainage and water supply piping systems.
Review and interpret construction drawings, utility plans, and technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety standards, and QA/QC procedures.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines on-site.
Conduct inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during construction activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in infrastructure and utility works.
Strong knowledge of underground services installation techniques and materials.
Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to water and drainage systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving?skills.
