Responsibilities:-
1. Prepare and co ordinate RPF documents with all stakeholders
2. co ordinate technical and commercial evaluations and secure approvals.
3. Draft clear and structured award recommendation report.
4.Maintain professional and responsive communication with bidders through out the tendering process
5. Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and project requirements.
Qualifications :-
1. Bachelors degree in engineering or related field.
2. 7+ years of procurement experience, including in ECI/cost -plus environments
3.Strong co ordination,documentation,and bidder liaison skills
