Job Summary:
MARAFIQ is seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team for an upcoming Steam Trubine Fuel Covnersion project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in design review, construction supervision, and project coordination within the power, water utilities, or oil & gas sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor all civil construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth execution.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Identify potential risks, propose corrective actions, and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all work complies with local regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in oil & gas, power, or water utility projects.
Strong understanding of civil engineering codes, standards, and construction methodologies.
Excellent communication, coordination, and project reporting skills.
Prior experience with MARAFIQ or similar industrial utility projects is a plus.
Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with project management tools and site documentation.
Experience working with EPC or PMC teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
