We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage and oversee all project documentation related to large-scale LSTK/EPC construction projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with Aramco standards and documentation systems and be proficient in maintaining control and traceability of technical documents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the flow of engineering documents, drawings, vendor documents, and correspondences between stakeholders.
• Ensure that all documentation complies with Aramco standards and project-specific document control procedures.
• Maintain document logs and registers (technical submittals, IFC drawings, vendor data, transmittals, etc.).
• Monitor document status to ensure timely submissions, reviews, and approvals.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and QA/QC departments to maintain updated document records.
• Prepare and submit documents for Aramco approvals and ensure proper archiving of all project-related documentation.
• Handle confidential and sensitive documentation with integrity and professionalism.
• Ensure accurate input and retrieval of data from document control systems such as EDMS, Aconex, or Aramco portals.
• Support audits and project close-out documentation processes.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering background preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in LSTK/EPC projects.
• Prior experience in Aramco projects is mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Office, EDMS, Aconex, or equivalent document control software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Salary: 3000-4000 basic + 300 Food Allowance
