Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Manager - MEP to join our team for an exciting project in the (Neom City), execution of all across large-scale civil and building projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and coordination of MEP systems on-site, ensuring their proper functioning and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

•Supervise and manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

•Interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and schedules, and ensure that work is executed according to design requirements and project timelines.

•Coordinate with MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.

•Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to verify compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

•Collaborate with the project management team to address technical challenges, resolve issues, and ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with other building components.

•Prepare progress reports, work schedules, and other project documentation as required.

•Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality control and enforce safety standards.

•Manage authority approvals and participate in civil defense inspections and system certifications.

•Work closely with the commissioning team to plan and execute testing & commissioning of all systems.

•Provide technical expertise and support during project design development, procurement, installation, and handover phases.

•Keep up-to-date documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or related field from a reputable institution.

•Proven experience working as a Site Engineer - MEP on commercial building projects, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

•Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, equipment, and installation techniques.

•Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software applications.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
